Is the calculator price final?
No. It is an initial estimate. The final amount depends on size, condition and the requested work. We agree on the price before cleaning starts.
Do I need to buy cleaning supplies?
We have Kärcher equipment and professional GRASS cleaning products. Supplies for your particular booking are confirmed in advance.
Can you remove every stain?
No one can responsibly guarantee that. Results depend on fabric, the age of the stain and previous cleaning attempts. We assess risks first.
Can I book cleaning for just the kitchen or bathroom?
Yes. We can discuss individual areas and calculate a quote based on descriptions or photos.
Do you clean offices and houses?
Yes, we take enquiries for apartments, houses and offices in Astana. Out-of-town visits are discussed individually.
Is ozone treatment safe for people and pets?
Breathing ozone can be harmful. Treatment takes place only in empty spaces with proper safety measures. It does not replace cleaning or removal of odour sources.
What is included in deep and maintenance cleaning?
Full checklists are on the Services page. Windows, oven and microwave interiors, chairs, curtain washing and ironing are quoted separately.
Can scratches be removed from an induction hob?
Most manufacturers warn against abrasive glass-ceramic polishing; scratch removal cannot be guaranteed. Model, surface condition and permitted cleaning methods must first be assessed. We are seeking qualified partners.
