Deep cleaning suits a property that needs more thorough care than regular maintenance. Cleaning methods are selected for the material, condition and safe accessibility of each surface.
Walls, ceilings and light fittings are cleaned only when the finish permits it and access is safe. Water and cleaning products are not suitable for every finish. Share photos of delicate materials and difficult marks before agreeing the scope.
Window washing, upholstery cleaning, oven and microwave interiors, and curtain washing or ironing are not automatically included. Curtain care depends on the fabric and care label; taking curtains down and rehanging them is agreed separately. The prices page gives an initial estimate, with the final scope and price agreed for the property's condition.
Prices are estimates. We confirm the work scope and final price before cleaning begins.
Cabinets and shelves must be emptied for interior cleaning. Discuss any help you need before the visit.
That depends on the finish and access. We do not promise wet cleaning of every material without assessment.
Maintenance cleaning keeps everyday cleanliness without intensive removal of difficult deposits. Deep cleaning has a more thorough scope, including agreed interiors of emptied cabinets.
